- Meditate daily
- Create a to do list for every week
- Add vegetables to your meals
- Remember to take slow and deep breaths throughout out your day
- Exercise and stretch at least 3 time a week even if it’s just for 15 minutes every time
- Say positive affirmations to yourself throughout the day
- Watch and listen to media that is uplifting, positive and inspiring to you
